Are you new to grief?
Are you new to "doing grief a new way?"
Or, did you think you were doing "good" and all of a sudden you feel like you've crashed?

Or, are you feeling all alone and even lonely in your day-to-day life since your beloved died?

Or, are you looking for support, for guidance, for a safe place to talk?

Join me and a group of kindred souls
for an
Online Weekend Retreat
September 25, 26 and 27, 2020
as we embark on a

Healing Journey

as we give each other

Permission to Mourn

An online September weekend retreat to support you
as you learn to live with the death of someone you love.
I believe there is a healthy way to navigate the grief journey,
as well as an unhealthy way.
In a safe, sacred, healing space,
I will offer you the knowledge, wisdom and tools
I have discovered along my own 30+ year journey
that you can use to heal.

Participants will:
* understand the difference between grief and mourning
* identify the many ways grief expresses itself

*discover healthy, healing ways to mourn

*be invited to introduce us to the person you love who died

*share ways we can each honor the person we love that died

*open to the possibility that we can heal our broken heart

This is a small group experience.
Space is very limited to 22 people.
We will be together for the weekend of
September 25, 26 and 27, 2020
(If you are unable to reserve a seat this time
I will be offering this program again in 2021.)

This is my entry level course.

When we mourn - when we speak about our grief - we heal.
Together, we will create a safe, sacred space
where you can begin to heal,
or continue the healing that you have worked so hard for.
One participant said:

"I think this is the safest I have felt in a long time. I even slept better last night knowing I had some very special people come into my life to help me on this journey."

Anyone who is living with the death of someone you love,
regardless of when the death occurred.
Join us if your spouse, your partner,
your child, sibling, parent or dear friend died.
This beloved may have died yesterday,
three months ago,
The timing of your beloved's passing
does not matter.
What matters is what your heart says.
Listen to your heart.
Not your head.
Healing occurs in the heart,
not the head.
When we talk about our grief,
we discover that we have much more in common than we thought.
That discovery is healing.
We are not alone in our grief.

We begin with an Opening ZOOM Gathering
from 7:30-9:00pm central
on Friday, September 25, 2020.
We will resume via Zoom on Saturday, September 26, 2020
from 10:00am-5:00pm central
and close with a ZOOM Closing Gathering
from 10:00am-1:00pm central
on Sunday, September 27, 2020.

From the comfort of your own home using Zoom and Facebook.
