Grief Support Through Reflexology
When a person becomes physically or emotionally overwhelmed after a loss experience, the body releases stress hormones that can affect physical systems and organs.
Learn and practice the basic reflexology techniques taught by Connie Harris to reduce physical and emotional pain and create calmness and healing - for yourself and your loved ones. These easy-to-master touches on hands (or feet) can be used on almost anyone, and done just about anywhere. Reflexology helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body; it can improve circulation and reduce tension. See for yourself how easy change can be!
The Reflexology Association of America defines Reflexology as follows: Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary practice involving the use of alternating pressure applied to reflexes within reflex maps of the body located on the feet, hands and outer ears.
