Let’s face it.  The holidays can be tough for everyone.  But if you’re learning to live with the death of someone you love…this holiday season can be unbearable. 
 
This year, I`m launchig a new, free program on November 1st called, "Living With the Holidays - A Virtual Journey to the Heart."  No one need "go it alone."  From the comfort of your favorite chair you can join fellow-travelers as we navigate this holiday season together.
